The ANPR camera reads the licence plate as the vehicle approaches the weighbridge or gate. The system looks up the vehicle in real time.
Access Decision
Based on whitelist/blacklist rules and pre-booking data, the system decides whether to grant access. Barriers and traffic lights respond automatically.
Weighing Process
If the vehicle is authorised, the weighbridge process begins. Tare and gross weights are captured and linked to the vehicle's account automatically.
Ticket & ERP Sync
A weight ticket is generated and data synced to the back-office ERP or waste tracking system. The driver receives their ticket and departs.
